Abstract

This article examines the main directions for the formation of venture funds in the innovative development of the economy. In the context of rapid technological change and the transition to a knowledge-based economy, venture capital has become a key financial mechanism for supporting innovation, startups, and high-risk entrepreneurial projects. The study analyzes the strategic directions of venture fund formation, including the development of institutional frameworks, expansion of investment sources, strengthening of public-private partnerships, and integration of innovation ecosystems. Special attention is given to the role of venture financing in accelerating technological progress, improving competitiveness, and fostering sustainable economic growth. The findings show that the effective formation of venture funds significantly contributes to innovation-driven economic development and enhances national and regional competitiveness.
